My friend Andrea, fond of “historical re-enactment and historical fencing”, asked me for photos while he goes for a walk around the town dressed as a “man at arms”.

The fun was sky-high both during dressing, at the bar for a coffee and at the park in the children’s play area.

During the walk, our man-at-arms left behind him both incredulous and amusing adults, and children happy to have met a “mysterious knight” … as one of them put it. Unfortunately the weather conditions forced us to a “tactical retreat”, otherwise we would have risked having a rusty knight!  😀

I made this reportage entirely with a Leica Q.
